Hi ladies,
As some of you know I lost my precious twins in May 2009 due to IC and pre-term labor. Devastated does not begin to express how I felt or what I have gone through this past year. It was my first pregnancy and spontaneous twins. I had to deliver them on the 20th and had a D&C in July 09. We started trying again right away and month after month nothing happened. I started charting my bbt, using ovulation kits, did it every day around ovulation....you name it we did it!
Last month I had a HSG, thank god tubes all clear. I thought that would be my month as you are more fertile after the procedure...nothing! I lost it. "That's it we're done!" I am tired of planning my life around TTC and the up's and down's that come with it month after month!
This past cycle went by much quicker, I kept temping and went to a fertility dr. to come up with a "plan" and then waited this month out.
The point of my story.....I'm pregnant. I tested this past Sunday, not sure why, but thought what the hell! It was positive. I am only 4 weeks and have a LONG way to go. I am excited but very very scared!
Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who have supported me in MANY ways over this past year and will hopefully continue as I am going to need it!

I truly wish you all the very very very best!! Lots of luck and prayers. Pregnancy seems like the longest 9 months for those of us that have lost babies!!

yay! Angie this is awesome news! I'm sooo happy for you! Rest as much as possible and stay as positive as you can, i know how hard it is. Congrats sweetie i will keep you in my prayers and i am always here to support you as you did for me during my pregnancy! Yay, yay yay! Im so so so excited for you!

Wow, congrats! Yay, that's so exciting! It happens when you least expect it, doesn't it? Just take things one day at a time and rest when you need to. We'll all be cheering you on to the finish line.

Wow gives everyone hope and thats wonderfuol news
See how when pressure is removed things happen without expecting..
This is a lesson for all of us to try to adapt but like myself its very hard when all you think about is that you want a baby
Cant wait to here how your progress goes

How wonderful! I'm genuinely happy for you :) I know first hand the frusterations, so that makes me even more happy that you got a BFP.
Thank you for passing along the advice on my blog...we shall see where we go next. Wish us luck...maybe I will be following your lead.

i'm keeping everything crossed for you that the result of this pregnancy is a healthy baby.
i know it's hard to think positive (i couldn't really) but do try!
take care of yourself, rest when you need to. rub your belly for me!

You ladies never cease to amaze me! Thank you for all your well wishes and support. I am 5 weeks yesterday, uh the days are just creeping along....
I hate to say it because I HATE HATE HATED it when people said it to me (especially those who are not TTC or had a loss) BUT when you try not to obsess and let it go, it really does help.
Wishing healthy babies to all of us in 2010 & 2011!

Seems like you and I are going to be in the same boat. I just took a test last week and I am also pregnant!! :)
My husband and I lost our little exactly one year ago this month, and now we are 5 weeks pregnant! I wish you luck and a healthy baby in 9 months! (I also feel that each day is creeping by, I want to enjoy every minute, but the time could go just a little quicker, just until so we know our little one is healthy and strong!)
