i know people say when your pregnant you shouldnt buy the large items of furniture before the baby is due as its bad luck....unfortunately i'm still trying to fall pregnant and have seen a gorgeous pram i like which i can only buy in another state..i called the lady and she said she cant get them anymore and stocks are declining..the pram has all the features i love for half the price of others i have looked at...is it silly of me to purchase one now and live in hope i fall pregnant or just wait...
Question is has anyone else bought things like prams and not even pregnant ??? thanks

I'm not one to believe in things like that being bad luck.
If it's something you want, and don't mind hanging onto until you have a little one, then I say go for it!

I wasn't pregnant when I started painting my nursery. Took me a week and a half to do it but the day I finished I got a shock when the pregnancy test came out positive. The next month I bought my crib. I am now 15 weeks pregnant and all looks good. You know I never even heard it was bad luck. I don't think people say that where Im from
