I am the Aunt of a woman who has suffered through miscarriage. I had many questions for my neice, but was fearful of asking; fearful that talking about the miscarriage would make her pain and sorrow worse. Until now, there was nowhere I could turn for information that would help me understand what she was going through, physically or emotionally. I would love to see this story in hospitals and Doctors offices so that family members can have a place to start to find some answers and some peace. Thank-you Jodi & Sean for sharing your experience and opening the door to understanding for all of us who love the Parents who have felt this loss. You are a truly remarkable couple.

As a man, I was having difficulty communicating with my wife after our miscarriage. Sean's story enabled me to open up to her and have a deeper understanding of what she was experiencing. It also guided me through my own feelings of loss and inadequcies. Jodi and Sean's story should be the primer for all couples dealing with miscarriage.

This book was absolutely amazing. I have had two miscarriages myself and reading about this couples ordeal made me realize that I was far from alone. I felt almost everything that Jodi did. It made me feel better knowing that I was not the only one who blamed themselves. I also loved the fact that Jodi's husband gave his feelings and thoughts. You really get a good view of a man's perspective. I was afraid to talk to my husband about things but after reading this book it allowed me to understand how he must feel as well. This story is truly touching and a must read for anyone who has had a miscarriage.
